• A non-refundable 40% deposit is due at the time of booking.

• Please arrive with a clean face.

• If running late, a 15 minute grace period is permitted. Arriving later than 15 minutes, may result in your appointment reschedule or cancellation based on availability.

• In the unlikely event we have to reschedule or cancel, your deposit will promptly be refunded.
